Management of the CPE’s financial resources:
• Develop processes, procedures, analysis tools and performance indicators;
• Prepare budget forecasts in collaboration with the General Manager and monitor budget allocations;
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance of transactions and entries;
• Manage working capital and cash flow;
• Monitor depreciation of buildings and equipment;
• Analyze, prepare and submit reports on operational tracking, grants, government remittances and departmental reporting;
• Ensure payroll production and benefits administration;
•Perform bank reconciliation;
• Supervise supplier payments and parent billing;
• Produce income statements, balance sheets and other financial analysis reports;
• Analyze and optimize occupancy rates;
• Work with the auditor to create the financial report.
Management of material and information resources:
• Ensure IT security and data integrity;
• Approve purchases and expenses within authorized budgetary limits;
• Plan and prepare calls for tender;
• Analyze bids, conclude service contracts and monitor performance.
Requirements:
• University degree in administration or other, DEC in accounting;
• 5 years’ relevant experience in an accounting and/or management position;
• Knowledge of the Office suite, including Excel.
