April finally began to show promise with some warmer temperatures. The average temperature rose considerably, reaching 6.5 degrees Celsius which is nearly four degrees above the first week at 2.8 C. Summer can’t be far away!
But there was more rain, another 34 millimetres, which brings the month to date total to 80 mm which is usually a whole month’s worth. The precipitation was made up of 18 centimetres of snow, which melted down to 25 mm of water and 55 mm of rain.
