Despite the pain of our loss, we celebrate that a good man has gone to meet the Lord, to reunite with his loved ones. Son of Kenneth George Finlayson and Marjorie Mary Rice, brother of Allan and Neil, beloved husband of Polly, loved and respected father of Paul (Eleanor Taylor) and Alasdair (Tracy Mangal), cherished Poppa of Isaac and Beth. Don was comforted through his passage by the many gestures of love provided by his extended family and friends. No words of praise can adequately address our gratitude for the quality of care provided by the CLSC Ormstown team, especially Chantal Lepage, Alain Villeneuve, Claudette Savoie and Dr. Catherine Belanger, as well as the many caregivers who tended Don with compassion and tenderness. Craig and Kari, your presence and your dedication to your uncle at this time has been a blessing.
