
The Huntingdon Huskies are celebrating a very successful showing at the annual Pierre Laniel hockey tournament on January 15, where three teams brought home championship trophies in their respective categories. The Huskies U11 C team, coached by Wescott Duheme and Maude Leduc, edged the Mercier Rockett by a score of 1-0. The U11 A team (pictured here), led by coaches Bill Tannahill and Marc-André Bélisle, won their final by a score of 4-2 against the Seigneurs de Soulanges who were ranked first in the 30 Ouest league. Finally, the U13 A team, coached by Bruce Tannahill, Kent Erskine, David Furey, and Logan Lindsay, brought home the banner with a 3-1 win over the Vaudreuil Titans.
