The Livestock Breeders Association honoured Gordon Furey during its annual spring gala and fundraiser, which took place on May 30 in the newly renovated industrial building at the fairgrounds in Ormstown. Furey was presented with the organization’s Lifetime Recognition Award for his decades-long dedication to the Ormstown Fair and related activities. (SR)
