New pet store opens in Huntingdon

Valley pet owners have a new source of finds for their furry little friends.

Boutique d’animaux Chico, one of the largest pet store chains in Quebec, opened its newest boutique in Huntingdon on May 29.

The Huntingdon location is the 102nd branch to open since the first Chico neighbourhood pet boutique opened in Hochelaga over 35 years ago. The stores specialize in pet advice, accessories, food, and toys for all pets including cats, dogs, small animals, birds, fish, and even reptiles.

“We’re delighted to contribute to the town of Huntingdon with a welcoming boutique dedicated to the well-being of pets,” said Guy Beaumier, the president and director of Boutique d’animaux Chico. “The branch symbolizes our desire to be a key player in developing communities, and to offer a quality customer experience throughout Quebec,” he added.
