UPDATE: Missing woman found safe in Valleyfield

UPDATE November 22: Stéphanie Claude, 45, was found safe in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The Sûreté du Québec says she was located thanks to information provided by the public.

November 21: The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is appealing to the public for help finding Stéphanie Claude, 45, of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
According to a statement issued by the SQ, Claude was last seen on November 15 on Saint-Philippe Street in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. She was wearing a black coat and purple pants and was reportedly on foot. According to her family, there is reason to fear for her health and safety.
Claude is five feet tall and weighs around 130 pounds. She has red/brown hair and brown eyes. The SQ is asking anyone who has seen Stéphanie Claude to call 911. In addition, anyone with information that could help to find her can be confidentially communicated to the SQ’s Criminal Information Centre at 1-800-659-4264.
