Andy Leonce Robidoux, 84, born August 1, 1938 in Huntingdon, Quebec, Canada passed away peacefully August 11, 2022.
Andy served in the Canadian Army as a Paratrooper in 1959. He moved to Kernville, CA in 1965, and was employed at Van Gas Propane. He then moved to Bakersfield and transported gas and oil for various trucking companies, then became a gas and oil broker. He loved hunting, fishing, horses and cooking. Most of all, he loved the holidays, knowing he would be surrounded by his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents Narcisse Robidoux and Delima Durocher, sisters Irene, Lyda, Doria, Evelyne, Jeannette, Gisele, Leona, Therese, and Carmen, brothers Numa, Regis, and Lionel.
He is survived by his wife Shirley of 44 years, his daughter Dorelle Robidoux, his son Mike (Julie Robidoux); his daughter Monique (Gary Alvidrez); his daughter Cheryl (Bill Pliler); his daughter Lori (Larry Garcia); granddaughter Jessica (Luke Brown) and their son Cody; his grandchildren Shae, Molly, Garret, Jeremy, Andrea, Sean, Sarah and Cole; his great-grandchildren Shane, Makenzie, Mikaela, Carter, Seth, Kage, Journiee, Hazee and Saleen.
Dad, Pop, Papa, Popsicle, Grandpa Andy, Dre, we love you and we will miss you, rest in peace.
