Here’s what you need to know…
Auction Participation Instructions:
- Registration: To participate, you need to register for the auction on the auction site. A simple process only takes a few minutes.
- Browse & Bid: Once registered, you can browse our online catalogue of exciting items and start placing your bids – do not forget to keep checking in on your favourite item!
- Winning Bids: If you have the highest bid when the auction closes, you win the item! You will receive instructions for payment and item collection in the days that follow the auction.
- Auction Dates: The auction will run from Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 12PM to Monday December 8, 2025 at 7PM, giving you ample time to explore and bid on your favourite items.

Support Your Community Newspaper (- Be a Silent Auction Donor)
Description:
Get some visibility in supporting our non-profit community newspaper by contributing to our online silent auction. Your generous donation will help us continue providing essential news and information to our community while also showcasing your business and products to our large audience of readers and supporters.

Auction Item Donation – Specifications
- Item Description: Please provide a detailed description of the item or service you wish to donate. This could be a product, service, experience, or gift certificate.
- Sales Value of the item: State the estimated retail value of the item or service. Not only will we post the estimated value on the auction but we will also issue your tax receipt based on it.
- High-Quality Image: Include a high-resolution image of the item for our auction catalog.
- Contact Information: Provide your contact information for coordinating donation collection and acknowledgment (this will not appear in the public auction listing, it is simply for administrative purposes). Also, indicate the procedure on how-when-where the winner can collect the item.

*Tax Deduction: Charitable tax receipts available for donations whoseretail value is 25.00 or more. Donors of items valued at $100 or more will receive a 25% discount on a 1/4 page coloured ad (English/French) to be published between January and June 2026.
