The Sûreté du Québec is requesting the public’s help to find Jessy Proulx-Bélanger of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
The 23-year-old was last seen on December 18, around 6:00 p.m. His loved ones have reason to fear for his health and safety.
Proulx-Bélanger is around 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. His hair is described as chestnut in colour, and he has green eyes. He may be travelling by bicycle in and around the Valleyfield area.
Anyone who may have seen this individual is asked to call 911.
In addition, any information that could help locate Proulx-Bélanger can be communicated anonymously to the Sûreté du Québec’s Criminal Information Centre at 1 800 659- 4264. (SR)
