Ormstown litter cleanup

Volunteers for the Ormstown litter cleanup are invited to gather at the recreation centre, 87 Roy Street, on Sunday, April 24 at 9 a.m. Hot dogs will be served to volunteers after the event.

Ecole Montpetit Saint-Chrysostome fundraiser

Ecole Montpetit Saint-Chrysostome is holding a bottle and can drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 7 and Saturday, May 14, in the Metro Charrette parking lot at 441 Notre Dame in Saint-Chrysostome. 

Book Worm Club

A new Book Worm Club will be starting on Monday, May 2 from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. at the Little Green Library in Huntingdon. The club will run every Monday and is open for parents to bring their children and share in story time and fun activities. 

Soccer in Huntingdon

Registration for Huntingdon soccer for kids aged 4-12 will be on May 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. and on May 4 from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Huntingdon Town Hall. 

Hemmingford summer day camp registration

Registration for Hemmingford’s summer day camp is open. The day camp will be operating from June 27 to August 19 and is for children aged 4-12. Attendance is subsidized for Hemmingford residents. Une Affaire de famille summer day camp

Registration for Une Affaire de famille Ormstown/Saint-Anicet summer day camp will take place online beginning May 2. The camp will run from June 27 to August 19. Information: Uneaffairedefamillehsl.com. 

Pet vaccination clinic

A rabies vaccination clinic for dogs and cats will return on May 7 at the Saint-Chrysostome Community Centre, 400 Rang St. Antoine. The clinic will run from 9 a.m. to noon, and the cost is $20 per cat or dog. Please ensure all pets are leashed or safely contained in a carrier.

Huntingdon Farmers’ Market AGM

The Annual General Meeting for the Huntingdon County Farmers’ Market will be held on Thursday, May 12 at 7 p.m., at the Alfred-Langevin Hall, 10 King Street, Huntingdon. Please confirm your presence by email with Eric Leboeuf, president, at
