A memorial service will be held at the Christ Church Cemetery in Franklin Centre on August 4 at 2 p.m.
Hemmingfest
The activities will be many on August 11, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hemmingford rec centre: an artisan market, live band, DJ, games, dunking booth, mechanical bull, parade, food… and fun! The market opens at 10 a.m. and the parade begins at 3 p.m. Register your pickup, car, float or fire truck for a chance to win cash prizes. The municipality of Saint-Anicet welcomes comedian Alex Roy on September 28 at 8:00 p.m. at the Community Center located at 1560 Rue Saint-Anicet. Tickets are currently on sale at the Saint-Anicet library at a cost of $30 for residents and $35 for non-residents.
