A heartfelt thank you from Branch 244

We at Branch 244 want to express our deepest gratitude to the residents of Hemmingford and the surrounding areas for their unwavering support during our recent poppy campaign. Your collective effort in proudly wearing poppies to honour our fallen heroes has not gone unnoticed.

The sea of red poppies adorning the community serves as a powerful symbol of remembrance, reflecting your commitment to honour the sacrifice for those who have bravely served our nation. Your participation has not only contributed to the success of our campaign but has also created a strong sense of unity and respect.

We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who embraced the tradition of wearing a poppy proudly. Your support has not only preserved the legacy of our fallen heroes but has also strengthened the bonds within our community.

Thank you, everyone, for standing with us in remembrance and honouring the sacrifice that has shaped our history.

Plus, a warm thank you for braving the cold weather and wind to attend our Remembrance Day service. Your resilience mirrored the steadfast spirit we commemorate, and your presence made the ceremony even more poignant.
With gratitude,
The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 244
Hemmingford
