Franklin’s Maison Sivo receives boost from Desjardins

PHOTO Maison Sivo

Distiller Maison Sivo was the recipient of a Momentum Fund (Fonds C) grant through Desjardins Entreprises Montérégie-Ouest. The grant covers 25 per cent of project costs up to $20,000, with the goal of helping small businesses with new projects.

Maison Sivo is a micro-distillery and ecological farm located in Franklin. They make a variety of single malt whiskey and rye, which can be found at the SAQ. They were the first distillery to produce a Quebec single malt and rye. Their products use the flavours of blueberries, raspberries, and black currents to create unique profiles. (CF)
