Hats off to the folks at the Centre d’Acceuil who made it all the way through the Ormstown parade despite the deluge of rain last Thursday.
The gang included Denis Dagenais, Huguette Émond, Patrick Hébert, Albert Rice, Lise Roussin, and Ghislaine Serra.
This was the first time that residents of the Centre d’Acceuil participated in this event. They offered advice and a helping hand in building the float, and practiced waving in the days leading up to the fair.
Bravo to Audrey Dumochel and members of the staff, and everyone who got involved!
