Lotto winner gives to the Barrie Memorial Hospital Foundation

The Barrie Memorial Hospital Foundation was the recipient of a $10,000 donation from a very fortunate source. Ruth Yelle was one of 50 winners of the Loto-O-Suivant lottery game managed by Loto Québec. The prize was $10,000, and in addition, a second $10,000 to be donated to the charity of their choice. In total, $500,000 was donated to 50 organizations throughout Quebec, including the Barrie Memorial Foundation.
