The team of paramedics in Huntingdon received $8,822 from Paraxion after they brought in the greatest number of food items during the holiday food drive out of 39 stations across Quebec. The team raised $1 for every food item collected, and Paraxion topped this off with an additional $3,000 for their first-place finish. The donation, which was recently presented to the La Bouffe Additionnelle, will provide a direct impact for families across the 15 municipalities served by the food pantry. (SR)
