A collection of local ladies broke out their finest hats and fascinators for a celebration of high tea in Ormstown on April 20. Organized by the Village Church, the festive afternoon party offered guests an opportunity to socialize while noshing on delectable treats and sipping their tea. Anna Schiavi and young Mabel Caza were voted to be the best dressed by those in attendance during the delightful occasion.
