The cycle three performing arts students at Howick Elementary School put on their bilingual interpretation of The Sound of Music before a proud and very appreciative audience on April 3. The heartwarming, inspirational story of the Vonn Trapp Family Singers is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. The trio of performing arts teachers, Kirk Elsmore, Annie Auclair and Alicia Demers, along with several key staff members, brought the show – which included all 11 classic musical numbers – to life in just three months. Bravo!
