CISSSMO holiday hours

Area hospitals will be closed on Monday, May 20, except for the emergency departments. Huntingdon CLSC reception and mobile nursing care will run from 8 a.m. until noon. Saint-Chrysostome CLSC is closed for the holiday; Chateauguay CLSC services will be available from 8 a.m. until noon and 1:30 to 4 p.m. except for lab services.

Hemmingford Legion chicken BBQ dinner

Enjoy another delicious chicken dinner at the Hemmingford Legion on Saturday, May 25. Reservations only; call Lise Brown at 514-705-2192 by Friday, May 24, for your large half-chicken, baked potato, gravy, coleslaw, dinner roll, and dessert, all for only a $20 donation. Rabies clinic

There will be a rabies vaccination clinic at 400 Saint-Antoine Street in Saint-Chrysostome, on Saturday, May 26, from 10 a.m. until noon. Cost is $25 per animal, and they must be on a leash or in a carrier.

Relay for Life golf tournament

A golf tournament in support of the Roses des Sables Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life team will take place at the Saint-Anicet Golf Club on June 1, with departures starting at 11:30 a.m. The event includes an 18-hole game, 5 à 7, silent auction, and door prizes. A minimum donation of $85 per player is required. Reserve your place with Diane Lazure via Messenger or by email to dlazure@oricom.ca.

Final service at Franklin United Church

The closing service at Franklin United Church will be held Sunday, June 30 at 11 a.m. and will be followed by lunch and fellowship. Everyone is welcome!
