1966-2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ken, at the age of 57, on March 22, 2024. Ken will be greatly missed by his children Elliot (Zoé), Eric and Eve (Dylan) and his siblings Cathy (Dave) and Bob (Wendy). He was the proud uncle of Caitlyn (Andrew), Mitch (Tamara), Brittany and Jordan (Êliane) and great-uncle to Landen, Teagan, Liam and Rosemary. A proud farmer in addition to being passionate about his sugar bush and maple syrup production, Ken was a person very involved in his community. He will also be remembered for the love he had for his family who will miss him deeply. A private service will be held at a later date. To honour Ken’s memory, donations can be made to the ALS Society of Canada. The Brooks family would like to thank the staff of the Barrie Memorial Hospital and the Montreal Sacred Heart Hospital, as well as the extended family and friends for their compassion and their support.
