The municipalities of Sainte-Barbe and Ormstown were among over 100 towns and communities that participated in this year’s edition of La Grande Marche, which is part of the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie movement to promote exercise and healthy lifestyles. Over 100 residents took part in the walk in Sainte-Barbe on October 20, while residents in Ormstown took to the streets for a second year in a row on October 19. Walkers of all ages in both municipalities warmed up with energetic leaders before starting the five-kilometre walk. (SR)
