The Haut-Saint-Laurent, Beauharnois-Salaberry, Roussillon, Jardins-des-Napierville, and Vaudreuil-Soulanges syndicates of the Union des Producteurs Agricoles (UPA) hosted the candidates from their respective ridings for a ‘speed meeting’ session on September 11 in Beauharnois. Producers were invited to meet with candidates, ask questions, and share their concerns with those running to represent the Montérégie-Ouest region at the National Assembly in Quebec after October 5 election.
