The Ambioterra group and Les Bontés de la Vallée farm will present the documentary film, Humus, on Saturday, September 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Saint-Chrysostome town hall. This feature-length documentary by Carole Poliquin centres on François D’Aoust and Mélina Plante, owners of Les Bontés de la Vallée organic market garden in Havelock, who emphasize sustainable agriculture and regenerative environmental practices in their unique approach to vegetable farming.
